Galeria de Pozos is located inside the walls of Casa Montana. The idea of having
an art gallery naturally unfolded when it became obvious that a staggering number
of people who visited Casa Montana were artists, photographers, painters, writers
and sculptors—all attracted by the serenity, light, abandoned mines, ruins and unspoiled landscape of Pozos.

Susan Montana works to promote both Mexican artists and artists from outside the country whose creative inspiration has come from their personal experience with the Mexican culture. The goal is to have a minimum of six exhibits a year featuring fresh and inspiring work thathas not yet been exhibited or overexposed in this area of Mexico.
